Creativity is a very important quality at DRSS. To me, creativity is the ability to create something that is your own/ origional with your own inspiration. This quality is particularly emphasized here at DRSS because the projects that we are capable of doing involves creativity. You have to be able to think of things that you and/or your partner/ group came up with by yourself. one project i showed this in was the matthews bill project when i created a poster for it.
